Melbourne meets Adelaide
Rice. Craft. Fusion.
Inspired by Japan’s sake culture and South Australia’s wine country, this TOVOLA pop-up invites you to explore sake with the curiosity you bring to wine.
Meet SakeMeta from Melbourne and explore a selection of 11 Japanese sakes and one hojicha umeshu, alongside Taiwanese & Japanese tasting plates from the TOVOLA kitchen.
The evening is held at TOVOLA in Adelaide CBD. Curious drinkers and Adelaide hospitality teams are welcome to join us.

The sake comes first
From the brewery to your table.
SakeMeta is a specialist sake cellar based in Melbourne. Its sake is air-freighted directly from Japanese breweries, transported under cold-chain conditions and stored in a dedicated sake cellar.
If you run a restaurant or look after a drinks list, this is also a chance to meet the team and discuss their range and supply options.
